Code of Conduct

Garden Court Mediation is committed to offering a high level of service at all times in accordance with the European Code of Conduct for Mediators. We run continuing professional development (CPD) training for all of our Panel members as well as our own internal mentoring scheme and peer review.

Feedback

All parties are encouraged to complete our Feedback Questionnaire to enable Garden Court Mediation to continually improve its service.

Complaints

If Garden Court Mediation does not meet the expected level of service, we will make every effort to resolve it speedily. A copy of the Complaints Procedure contains the relevant information.
