What the parties say

‘A fantastic result’ – party in employment dispute

‘Catrin’s professionalism was apparent from the beginning, consistent throughout and appreciated over the duration of the process’ – party in property dispute

‘The mediator was fantastic, not least because we managed to incorporate a facet of the case concerning copyright law into the Settlement Agreement, despite this not being directly part of the court claim and without her hearing about this before the mediation. We were very impressed’ – party in commercial dispute

‘Excellent approach. Made you consider the other party’s view point. Expertly handled a difficult mediation’ – party in a Court of Protection dispute
