What the parties say

An excellent mediator – Miss F, long-running dispute between neighbours

Kate has a relaxed style which puts parties at their ease … her manner was very conducive to the parties reaching agreement – Ms P, property dispute

Kate was well prepared and thoroughly responsive to both parties positions, arguments, needs and objectives. Through this responsiveness …she was able to help procure a satisfactory settlement for both parties, therefore avoiding the need for the matter to proceed to trial – solicitor in contractual dispute

Kate conducted the mediation with calmness and openness…the mediation was excellent – party in a long-running leasehold and service charge dispute

Kate was patient, accommodative and very honest – party in inheritance dispute

Kate combined sensitivity and professionalism with a calm control…. impartial throughout, I did not feel she was detached from either party’s perspective. I would recommend Kate in a heart beat – party to a contract dispute
